Course is designed for those who manage, or are involved with, both new and established teams.

Building a successful team, involves more than simply throwing a bunch of individuals together.

Do you know how to select the right people? Do you understand the various stages of team development? Can you focus your team towards a common goal and motivate them for maximum results?

This course will make you think about teams you are involved with at present, or were involved with in the past.

It looks at the different relationships that exist within teams and at the variety of roles individual members can play.

It also looks at why people form teams in the first place and at how effective and productive good teams can be.

Participants will be involved in a series of individual and group exercises which will encourage them to consider all of the above.
